I Am Reminded by Kennedy Smart
Kennedy Smart is one of the founding members of the Presbyterian Church in America (PCA).  In this book he recounts an anecdotal history of the PCA.  He tells stories of meetings hotels in Atlanta, Journal Day in Asheville, and the First Assembly in Birmingham. Kennedy’s charming sense of humor and joy shine through his wonderful stories.

Journey in Grace by Richard Belcher
Dr. Belcher has written a jewel in this short book. A Journey in Grace is a theological novel recounting a young man’s journey into Reformed theology.  This unique work has faithful Biblical explanation married to a charming story that draws in the reader.

Just Do Something by Kevin DeYoung
What is God’s will for my life?  This common question is excellently answered by Pastor DeYoung in his short book, Just Do Something. He sets forth a set of guidelines for understanding God’s will for your life in what He has already said in the Bible.  DeYoung touches in topics as diverse as which job to take, and who should we marry, etc.

Outlines in Theology by A.A. Hodge
This classic in Reformed theology is a clear and helpful explanation of the theology of the Westminster Confession of Faith. Dr. Hodge was the president of Princeton Seminary in the 1880’s and wrote this work to explain the conservative Presbyterian theology that he taught. This is a fantastic work, and geared toward a more advanced reader.

With Reverence and Awe by D.G. Hart and John Muether
This work is an explanation and argument for classic, Reformed worship.  The authors go so far as to call it a “primer for Reformed worship.”  It is not exhaustive, but does introduce the reader to the reasons for and pieces of reformed worship.
